Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays from couriers. If your order tracking isn't updating, it's a common issue and don't worry your order is still processing. Please allow up 10 working days (excludes weekends). If you are in the US, you can use the same DHL tracking number to track via USPS. 

Before contacting us, please allow 7 working days after despatch for UK & Australia delivery, and 10-12 working days after despatch for international delivery. We ship from the UK & Aus.
