How long do I have to return something?
You’ve got 14 days from the date your ARISEN order is delivered to send it back to us.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it, including all original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in unsellable condition, it won’t be accepted. All returns are carefully inspected.
We also back every product with a lifetime guarantee — if you ever experience an issue with your item, we’ll replace it. No questions asked.

Do you offer free returns?
Not at the moment. Returns are your responsibility until they land safely back with us. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping option and holding on to your proof of postage just in case.
AUS & UK customers: No upfront cost when dropping your return off — but a $3 / $4.50 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.
All other regions: You’ll need to cover the full return postage.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the day our team processes your return — though it’s usually much faster.
Can I combine multiple returns in one package?
No — each return must be sent separately with its own tracking info. Combining multiple returns will delay your refund.
Always keep proof of postage. If your package gets lost in transit and no proof is provided, we can’t process your refund. If you do provide proof, we’ll issue store credit.
